2021 Summer Fellowship Program

New York, New York–July 12, 2021–Fensterstock, P.C. (“FPC”), in collaboration with New England Law | Boston, is proud to announce its 2021 Summer Fellowship program, which began on May 24, 2021–a complete 10-week summer legal program devoted to mentoring talented and driven law students. It is FPC’s honor to join forces with these bright summer fellows as they continue to develop their discipline of excellence in legal advocacy. Meet our summer fellows below.

Matthew Bramall

Matt Bramall is a 2021 summer fellow at Fensterstock, P.C., a recipient of the full-tuition Sandra Day O’Connor merit scholarship, and an active law student at New England Law | Boston. In addition, he is the current President of the New England Law | Boston Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Matt was raised in London, England. He has a Diploma of Higher Education from the University of York, England, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of Rochester in New York. He became a proud citizen of the United States in December of 2020.

Prior to law school, Matt worked in education, where he collaborated with school districts and community-based organizations to provide youth with varied and exciting educational programming. He also consulted and advised summer camps on operations and NYS compliance. Through these experiences, Matt gained an interest in business and its ability to connect organizations with a mutual goal, and the significant role the practice of law had in facilitating these connections. Matt enjoys studying all areas of law that intersect with business, including contracts, compliance, corporate litigation, and more.

As a “big picture” thinker who purposefully tends to the details, Matt’s background and natural abilities allow him to tackle the most complicated legal issues and proactively serve his clients.

Dhruv Tiwari

Dhruv Tiwari is a 2021 summer fellow at Fensterstock, P.C., and an active law student at New England Law | Boston where he is a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and on the Dean’s List.

Dhruv was born in Stratford, Canada and raised in New Jersey. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Montclair State University where he graduated with honors. While at Montclair State University, Dhruv worked for various New York and New Jersey startup companies that were involved in the expanding fields of document automation and corporate compliance. Notably, he acted as both a quality assurance specialist for BlockDrop Inc., a legal technology company that provides document automation to law firms, and as a compliance officer for a trade desk where he provided insight to new clients to ensure they were adhering to SEC, FinCen, and FINRA protocols. During his work in compliance, Dhruv developed a taste for contract law, and as Dhruv matriculated into his first year of law school, he quickly realized he was deeply passionate about contract interpretation, a passion anchored in his observation that fairness in justice often prevailed in contract cases, provided those cases had thoughtful advocates.

Dhruv’s sociology background allows him to “connect the dots” of the perspectives of all individuals and parties involved in a case. His experience advising startups taught him to be agile and meticulous, and his compassionate but steadfast nature makes him a formidable advocate. In his free time, Dhruv enjoys running, playing the drums, and traveling.
