New York, New York–January 13, 2021–The New York County Lawyers Association (NYCLA) held their annual awards celebration virtually this year. During the celebration, NYCLA presented their Conspicuous Service Award to the authors of the ten-volume Thomson Reuters and NYCLA treatise, Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts, Fifth Edition, including Evan S. Fensterstock, founder of Fensterstock, P.C., a New York commercial, business, and employment litigation law firm. Evan S. Fensterstock co-authored the chapter on “The Complaint.”
