$6,000,000 International Judgment Enforcement Proceedings in Spain Move Forward After Defendant’s Appeal Denied
Barcelona, Spain–October 10, 2019–In an over $6,000,000 international judgment enforcement action, Fensterstock P.C. assists lawyers in Barcelona, Spain in overcoming an appeal by the Defendant who argued that the United States judgment out of the Southern District of New York for nearly $6,000,000 was unenforceable. The action arises out of allegations that the Defendant breached his contractual obligations to the Plaintiff and violated New York Labor Law Article 6, resulting in millions of dollars in damages to the Plaintiff. Fensterstock, P.C. and Spanish counsel defeated the Defendant’s appeal and will move forward with enforcing the United States judgment internationally.
