Onex Corporation’s Request to Strike Evidence Denied

The Honorable Barry R. Ostrager, Justice in New York County’s Commercial Division, Stated that the Court “Absolutely, Positively” Deemed Such Documents In Evidence

New York, New York–April 22, 2019–After winning a nearly $5,000,000 judgment for plaintiff, Cypress Group Holdings, Inc., Fensterstock, P.C. successfully defeated Defendants, Onex Corporation, et al.’s, post-trial request to strike evidence from the trial record.  Justice Barry R. Ostrager of the New York County Supreme Court, Commercial Division, unequivocally rejected Defendants’ arguments, stating the “Court absolutely, positively directed that all exhibits to which no objection was raised would be deemed in evidence.”
